This program is for YOU!  We understand the frustration and difficulty that lends itself to diagnosis of persistent mental illness, especially at a time when you expect you should be independent or feel that others are pushing you to be independent.

Whether you've just been given a diagnosis or were diagnosed during childhood or adolescence, we have tools and resources for you.

We have a list of community resources available should you need assistance with housing, employment, or medical/dental needs, clothes, food, or desire to make application for social security.

We also have various training materials that can be used on your own, with your parent/caregiver, friend, significant other, or caseworker.  These materials cover everything from understanding Bipolar Disorder to managing Anxiety or working on communication skills, to name a few.
