Weekly skillsEd trainings empower young adults diagnosed with persistent mental illness as well as their parent(s)/caregiver(s) with the education and understanding needed as well as support in a group setting from individuals who are experiencing the same challenges and opportunities.  The skillsEd trainings encompass several classes based on one-hour increments.  Interwoven with the classes are field trips and hands-on participation.

We are in process of developing both monetary and tangible rewards for attending trainings.  Stay tuned for further information in this regard.

skillsEd trainings currently take place on Wednesdays at 2:00 pm at Adapt of Texas, 1311 Ferris Avenue, Waxahachie, Texas.
